AnimaGeek's Return and Refund Policy

The consumer may regret or withdraw from the purchase within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the day following receipt of the product, and request a refund of the amount paid, through the same original payment method.

Some requirements are mandatory for the application

Inform through the e-mail info@animageek.com , detailing your demand, as well as explaining the reasons for this, presenting photos and/or videos that show any inconsistencies in the product, and must do so within 7 calendar days from receipt.

The product must be properly sealed and without signs of violation of the original packaging or damage of any nature.

AnimaGeek 's support will provide all the necessary clarification, via email, or about the form of return, which may vary according to the characteristics of the product.

After 48 business hours, the customer service team will analyze the established requirements, informing the result by email.

AnimaGeek will have up to 10 business days to proceed with the refund for cash payments. reimbursement by card will obey the criteria of the operators, in accordance with what is established by the consumer law.

It is hereby established that, if any requirement is not met, AnimaGeek will make use of the consumer law's right not to proceed with the refund.

All expenses with postings shall be the responsibility of AnimaGeek . If, for some reason, AnimaGeek does not identify any logistics company that serves the collection address, it is established that the consumer must do so at his own expense, normally at the nearest post office.
