O consumidor poderá se arrepender ou desistir da compra no prazo de até 7 (sete) dias corridos, contados a partir do dia seguinte ao recebimento do produto e requerer o reembolso do valor pago, através da mesma modalidade de pagamento original.

Informar através do e-mail info@animageek.com, detalhando a sua demanda, bem como explicando as razões para tanto, apresentando fotos e ou vídeos que evidencie eventuais inconsistências no produto, devendo fazê-lo em até 7 dias corridos, a partir do recebimento.

O produto deverá devidamente lacrado e sem sinais de violação da embalagem original ou avaria de quaisquer natureza.

O suporte da AnimaGeek prestará todo o esclarecimento necessário, através de email, seja acerca da forma da devolução, podendo variar de acordo com as características do produto.

Após 48 horas úteis, a equipe de atendimento ao cliente analisará aos requisitos estabelecidos, informando o resultado por email.

A AnimaGeek terá até 10 dias úteis para proceder com o reembolso para pagamentos à vista. o reembolso através de cartão obedecerá aos critérios das operadoras, de acordo com o que estabelece a lei do consumidor.

Fica estabelecido que, se algum requisito não for atendido, a AnimaGeek se valerá do direito que reza a lei do consumidor de não proceder com o reembolso.

Todas as despesas com postagens deverão ser de responsabilidade da AnimaGeek. Se por algum motivo a AnimaGeek não identificar nenhuma empresa de logística que atenda ao endereço da coleta, fica estabelecido que o consumidor deverá fazê-lo por sua própria conta, normalmente na agência dos correios mais próxima.
